Scientists and Researchers now giving us a message to improve our immune system. Some scientists have told that only those people can survive from COVID-19 who have a strong immune system. This message is applicable to all of us. So, if you love yourself and want to survive from this COVID-19 pandemic situation now its time to control yourself from all bad food habits. d. milk, yoghurt, cheese and/or alternatives
e. lean meat, fish, poultry, eggs, nuts and legumes.

We can get healthy fats from avocado, cheese, dark chocolate, whole egg, fatty fish, nuts chia seeds, and extra virgin olive oil, etc.

One thing is applicable for all of us please don’t take too much sugar, salt or fat.

Water, water, and water this is the most important thing, without water you can’t survive. We are talking about a healthy diet. Water has an immense effect on our health from digestion to hydration. Water is a regulatory thing that can affect all body functions. It transports the energy to all cells in the body. To maintain a healthy diet we should take 6-8 glass of pure water daily.

Consuming alcohol has direct nutrition i.e it causes malnutrition, and also leads to anemia. It is one of the causes of destroying your immune system. So, if you love your family and obviously yourself just stay away from alcohol.

So, It’s time to be aware, it’s time to love yourself and your family.
